More than brain training.

Meet the 12-week Lumina Method™.

An individualized, high-touch cognitive rehabilitation experience designed to help you understand your brain, work with your body, and create meaningful change in the way you move through life.

Over 12 weeks, we'll develop a personalized understanding of your cognitive strengths and challenges while exploring the physical, nervous-system, behavioral, and environmental patterns that influence how you think, feel, communicate, and participate in everyday life.

This is not a one-size-fits-all program.

It's a deeply individualized process of learning how your brain + body work best together.

The Lumina Method™

We begin with you.

Your brain. Your body. Your patterns. Your priorities. Your life.

Together, we look beyond isolated symptoms to understand what's happening across your whole system—where things flow, where they become difficult, what influences those shifts, and what helps you function with greater clarity, flexibility, and ease.

From there, we create a personalized plan that brings together cognitive rehabilitation, metacognitive strategies, somatic awareness, movement, and real-life integration.

The work evolves as you do.

Your experience may integrate

Cognitive Rehabilitation

Work directly with the cognitive skills that shape everyday functioning.

Attention · Memory · Executive Function · Processing · Communication

We'll identify areas that need support and develop individualized strategies you can use beyond our sessions—in the situations where they actually matter.

Metacognition

Learn how your brain works—and how to work with it.

Develop greater awareness of your cognitive patterns: what supports you, what challenges you, how you respond when demands increase, and what helps you adapt.

Rather than simply collecting strategies, you'll begin to understand when, why, and how to use them.

Nervous System + Somatic Practice

Your ability to think doesn't exist separately from what is happening in your body.

We'll develop awareness of activation, overwhelm, regulation, sensory experience, and the body's signals so you can begin recognizing shifts in your system earlier.

With practice, you can respond with greater intention rather than simply pushing through.

Movement + Embodiment

Sometimes the way into greater clarity isn't through more thinking.

Breath, movement, mindfulness, yoga-informed practices, and somatic exploration may be integrated into your work to support awareness, flexibility, regulation, and connection between brain and body.

The goal isn't to perform these practices perfectly.

It's to discover what helps you feel more present, available, and connected.

Vitality + Connection

Cognitive health isn't only about functioning.

It's also about having the capacity to experience your life.

We may explore what supports pleasure, curiosity, creativity, connection, play, and a greater sense of aliveness—and, when relevant to your goals, sexuality as a dimension of whole-person wellbeing.

Because feeling better isn't simply the absence of difficulty.

It's having more access to what makes life feel like yours.

Real-Life Integration

Everything comes back to your life.

We bring what you're learning into the environments and experiences that matter most:

Work · Relationships · Home · Creativity · Recreation · Connection · Meaningful participation

We'll experiment, notice what happens, refine your strategies, and continue building tools that work in the complexity of everyday life.

What changes over 12 weeks?

The goal isn't to turn you into someone who never becomes distracted, overwhelmed, tired, or challenged.

It's to help you understand yourself well enough to recognize what's happening—and have more options for what you do next.

You may begin to notice your patterns sooner.

Understand what your brain needs more clearly.

Recognize your body's signals before you've reached your limit.

Use cognitive strategies more intentionally.

Move between effort and recovery with greater flexibility.

Communicate what you need more effectively.

And feel more confident navigating the demands of everyday life.

Over time, the work becomes less about following someone else's strategies and more about developing your own internal map.

Whole Brain. Whole Body. Whole Life.
