At Lumina Neurocognition™, sessions focus on optimizing brain and body health by helping the nervous system return to balance.

Modern neuroscience increasingly shows that chronic stress affects how the brain functions. When the body is in a prolonged state of tension or overload, cognitive processes such as attention, memory, emotional regulation, and mental clarity can become compromised. When the body returns to a state of balance and regulation, the brain can function more efficiently and with greater resilience.

My approach integrates brain science, somatic practices, and meditation to support whole-body balance and optimal cognitive function.

Rather than forcing change through effort alone, this work focuses on creating the conditions where the body can release accumulated stress and return to a more natural rhythm. As the nervous system settles, the brain often becomes clearer, more focused, and more adaptable.
